What is a sloping roof

The sloping roof is a roof with a slope of 45 degrees. It is divided according to the number of coats for single-skinned, double-skinned with thermal insulation even without and three-layer. The single-sided sloping roof has no air gap and the individual layers of the roof sheath are stacked on top of each other.  The sloping or saddle roof is historically the most used type of roof. The shape is a sloping roof that has two roof planes with a straight ridge, two eaves and two shields. The new trend is a sloping roof with multiple cladding, which are separated by air layers and an additional construction. Today, double-skinned roofs with a waterproofing foil and a ventilation gap are made, which is made 4 cm below the roof tiles.
